HuntChef Ol’ Hickory Jerky/Snack Stick Kit is the perfect blend of seasonings that will enhance the natural flavor of any meat! A great smoky flavor profile for your jerky or snack sticks.

DIRECTIONS: Mix one packet of seasoning and one packet of cure with 5 lbs. of meat and 8 oz. of water. Smoke or dehydrate until desired doneness. Works with either ground meat or whole tissue. 

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, salt, soy sauce powder, corn syrup solids, onion, garlic, spices, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, caramel color, natural flavorings, tamarinds.
