Refund / Return Policy 

Food, seasonings, sauces, kits, brines, and cheese: opened items cannot be returned. Unopened dry seasonings and kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or refund if they are sealed and saleable. Email info@huntchef.com first for a return authorization. Do not mail to the PO Box without that email.

Gear (Battle-Axe, shirts, unused accessories): 30 days, unused, in original packaging.

Sale items and gift cards: not returnable unless damaged or not as described.

Wrong, missing, or damaged item: photo to info@huntchef.com within 7 days. We replace or refund.
