MTN Top Maple Sausage Kit

HuntChef Mountain Top Maple Sausage Mix makes an amazing breakfast sausage with the perfect maple finish! It is great for wild game or any other ground meat and made with 100% real maple sugar. Our sausage kits are great for hunters or home cooks looking to make sausage links or fresh sausage patties from venison, pork, and more! 

Each kit makes 10lbs of sausage. If you are looking to start or end your day in a slightly sweet way, Mountain Top Maple is for you!

DIRECTIONS: Add 1 packet of seasoning and 4 oz. of water to 5 lbs. of ground meat and mix well. Enjoy as patties or cased and smoked to an internal temperature of 155°F. 

FLAVOR: Savory and sweet with strong maple flavor. 

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, salt, flavorings {including natural maple flavorings (sugar, water, propylene glycol and natural flavorings)}, MSG, spices, 0.04% each of BHA, BHT, and citric acid; < 2% propylene glycol added to prevent caking.
