Each kit makes 10lbs of jerky, snack sticks, or summer sausage.

DIRECTIONS: Mix one packet of seasoning and one packet of cure with 5 lbs. of meat and 8 oz. of water. Smoke or dehydrate until desired doneness. Works with either ground meat or whole tissue. 

FLAVOR: Savory flavor underscored by jalapeno pepper and just the right heat.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, salt caramel color, sunflower oil, spices, MSG, garlic, oleoresin, paprika, and jalapeno.

The jalapeno flavor was spot

The jalapeno flavor was spot on however, the Barbeque flavor was extremely way too salty
