HuntChef Hot Italian Sausage Mix is made with the perfect blend of seasonings that gives it a little kick with a savory flavor. It is great for wild game or any other ground meat. Our sausage kits are great for hunters or home cooks looking to make sausage links or fresh sausage patties from venison, pork, and more!
Each kit makes 10lbs of sausage. Spice it up with HuntChef Hot Italian Sausage Mix!
DIRECTIONS: Add 1 packet of seasoning and 4 oz. of water to 5 lbs. of ground meat and mix well. Enjoy as patties or cased and smoked to an internal temperature of 155°F.
FLAVOR: Bold, savory, and spicy -- but not overly hot.
INGREDIENTS: Salt, paprika, spices, sugar, 2.9% MSG, 1.54% mustard, flavorings, and < 2% tricalcium phosphate.

Ive basically had every brat/sausage seasoning there is out there
This is the best Hot Italian sausage ive ever had!
Tried a sample at the Illinois deer classic in 2021 and ive been making 40 lbs of this stuff with deer meat every year!
Ill buy this stuff as long as its available
Much better than the typical Supermarket Italian sausage. Nice and spicy! This is now my second reorder.
