HuntChef Hot Italian Sausage Mix is made with the perfect blend of seasonings that gives it a little kick with a savory flavor. It is great for wild game or any other ground meat. My seasonings are perfect for fresh sausage links or patties! Each kit makes 10lbs of sausage.

DIRECTIONS: Add 1 packet of seasoning and 4 oz. of water to 5 lbs. of ground meat and mix well. Enjoy as patties or cased and smoked to an internal temperature of 155°F. 

INGREDIENTS: Salt, paprika, spices, sugar, 2.9% MSG, 1.54% mustard, flavorings, and < 2% tricalcium phosphate.
