High-temperature (Hi-Temp) cheese is a specially processed cheese designed to resist melting, burning, or separating during high-heat cooking, making it ideal for sausage, burgers, and baked goods, retaining its shape as cubes while providing creamy flavor and texture, unlike regular cheese which melts too quickly. Made with lower moisture and fat, it's tougher and stays intact up to 400°F (204°C), adding pockets of cheesy goodness to smoked sausages, bratwurst, snack sticks, baked goods and more!
INGREDIENTS: CHEDDAR CHEESE (CULTURED MILK, SALT, ENZYMES), WATER, CREAM, SODIUM PHOSPHATES, SALT, SORBIC ACID (PRESERVATIVES), VEGETABLE COLOR (ANNATTO AND PAPRIKA EXTRACT). IF DICED OR SHRED: POWDERED CELLULOSE (TO PREVENT CAKING), NATAMYCIN (PRESERVATIVE).

Storage: Recommended Temperature 35°F - 72°F for up to 12 months. Refrigerate after opening.
