The HuntChef Country Style Ham Kit can be used to smoke the hams of any animal!

DIRECTIONS: Add contents to 2.5 gallons warm water, stir until dissolved, chill to 40°F. Inject large cuts well, submerge and refrigerate 7 days (brine times vary depending on weight). Remove and discard brine. Dry in refrigerator for 24 hours. Rub with your favorite HuntChef seasoning and smoke to 155°F internal temperature.
INGREDIENTS: Salt, brown sugar, spices, 0.75% nitrite, sodium erythrobate, and tripolyphosphate.
