I am a farmer from southern Indiana who loves to hunt and spend time in the outdoors. I have a passion for processing all the meat that I eat. Whether it be deer, turkey, snapping turtle or a pig out of my hog barn I am always trying new recipes for my friends and family to enjoy. At a young age I watched my grandpa, Harry, prepare meals for the farm, every day at noon it was time to eat and you never knew what was on the menu. Turtle, deer steak, blood pudding and the occasional roadkill was the norm. I believe it is very important to share and pass along these recipes and traditions to my children and everyone else. I am married to my beautiful wife, Samantha, we share 3 wonderful children that have my love for knowing where their food comes from. Even though the farm keeps me busy, you can be sure that when time permits I will be in a tree stand, in the tractor or running a trotline thinking of my next way to ……#EATWHATYOUKILL
